Qualification:
Preferably Maritime & Offshore industry.

Experience:
2 years’ experience as Crewing Manager or Crewing Executive.

Job description:
Administration and maintenance of the HR database.
Manage, select, recruit and plan seafarers directly in accordance with QA and Crewing procedures.
Analyze and revise Crewing services tailor made for individual Ship Owners & Managers.
Negotiate Crewing cost with Ship Owners & Managers.
Ensure the control of documents (i.e. certificates) of embarking & seagoing personnel, crew plans, appraisal process and training needs of seafarers.
To handle ILO, Flag Administrations and Unions tasks.
Assist in day-to-day operations for office.

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Maritime / Ship Management, Business Administration, or HR)
Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Good sense of responsibility and self-motivation, take initiative and well organized.
Upper intermediate English level (writing / speaking)
